Our client, a well-established distributor of high-end technology, is seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to join their team based in Dublin 12. The role would involve carrying out tasks within the Procurement and Logistics Department which would in-turn support corporate, education, retail, finance, management, and warehouse teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working in collaboration with department teams, stock administrator(s), retail & warehouse teams, Group Operations Manager daily
  • Co-ordination of RMA with retail stores, ensuring stock is transferred to RMA warehouse and liaising with warehouse teams to ensure that stock is received/dispatched as well as distribution to ensure that stock is returned, and credit received
  • Liaise with internal teams and distributors and other suppliers regarding RMA and DOA to ensure all are carried out to our Terms and Conditions.
  • Assist with tracking of short shipments between:
  • Distribution & warehouse
  • Warehouse & retail
  • Management of SAP transfers between retail stores, retails stores and warehouse and movement of stock to/from demo warehouse in retail stores
  • Assists with retail administration and retail store inquiries including those related to stock
  • Support HQ service team with service stock orders as required
  • Product creation for IRL & UK B2B and EDU teams
  • Liaising with the Group Operations Manager on the creation of new suppliers
  • Assist the Retail Purchasing team if required with PO tracking, stock reviews and producing reports
  • Comply with company and legislative Environment, Health, and Safety requirements
  • Assisting with any other stock administration and retail fulfilment duties within the warehouse
  • Preparation of Sales and Purchase Orders and other documentation as required for inter-company transactions as well as general purchases.
  • Preparation of business reports as well as other requirements in consultation with inventory, logistics, purchasing and operations teams.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 3-years procurement/purchasing/administration experience
  • Experience within the technology sector would be an advantage
  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced administrative environment with logistics, a distinct advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and proactively manage workload, and solve problems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Numbers, experience with SAP

Full time – onsite (Mon-Fri)
40-hour week

€26,000-€28,000 - basic annual salary (experience dependent)
