This role for our client is focused on providing a professional and efficient Airfreight export service to both internal teams and external customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating shipment bookings and ensuring seamless processing from customer booking to final arrival and payment.
- Providing exceptional Customer Service to internal teams and external clients alike.
- Negotiating with airlines to secure optimal rates and transit times.
- Communicating with warehouse and transport teams for effective collections and handling of airfreight shipments.
- Labeling freight for export and ensuring proper documentation.
- Handling Sales and Purchase Invoices, addressing any related queries from Customers or Creditors.
- Managing rate requests and issuing accurate quotations.
- Contributing to the development and expansion of the Airfreight service.
- Coordinating with the overseas network of agents to ensure smooth operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Supporting the operations office during holiday periods.
- Providing administrative support to other members of the airfreight department as needed.
- Participating in occasional Customer visits.
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working with carriers, customers, and customs brokers.

Permanent, Full-time, Mon – Friday
