Our Client an established Freight Forwarder based in North Dublin now seek to hire an Air and/or Ocean Export Clerk.
Position: Air and/or Ocean Export Operator
Location: Dublin North
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Accepting & processing export air and/or ocean bookings.
- Generating AWB’s, B/L and customs documents
- Issuing quotations.
- Import Customs Clearance using AEP
- Efficient resolution of operational problems/invoice queries.
- Maintaining data within the Freight Forwarding application
- Invoicing, filing and general administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in Air and/or Ocean forwarding.
- Ability to customs clear shipments
- Excellent problem-solving, planning & organising skills.
- Excellent communication/telephone skills.
- Strong Customer Service & Administrative skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Terms: Full-time permanent
Days and Hours of Work: 9:00 am - 5.30 pm (Mon –Fri) with flexibility required as per industry norm.
Package: €30,000 - €40,000 (DOE)
