
Leading global logistics player now seeks a number of Business Development Executives to join their teams in Dublin, Cork and Shannon. You will be driven and customer focussed, generating new opportunities while also developing existing business within your portfolio. You will sell the full portfolio of products and services in order to achieve business targets. With fantastic services to sell and a great commission structure, your earnings are in your hands.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and qualify quality new business Opportunities
- Develop new and existing business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a high quality pipeline of target customers and opportunities
- Develop and maximise strong productive partnerships with key nominated high grade customers through a professional needs-based selling approach
- Promotion of our full range of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity via CRM Tool and prepare regular forecasts and reports to ensure effective forward planning
- Providing the company and business units with market research intelligence
- Contribute to the successful development of products in your territory through creative ideas, suggestions and involvement in specific sales building projects
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Proven & successful business development experience in the local freight marketplace
- Demonstrated ability to identify and exploit new sales opportunities with potential customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer Focus with a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Results-focused, exceeding agreed business revenue and volume goals and pushing for results
- Team-oriented, possessing a positive attitude and working well with others
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Must hold a full, clean driving license
Terms:
Full-time, permanent
Package:
€45-70,000 depending on experience with a company car, bonus and benefits
