Long established North Dublin Ocean forwarder now seeks a Credit Controller & Allocations Clerk.
Main Duties;
- Produce Monthly Customer Statements and follow up for payment
- Post all cash receipts.
- Produce monthly cash flow report
- Allocate all customer payments on monthly basis
- Enter invoices for certain clients onto Tradeshift
- Filing.
- Produce Export Bulks invoices
- Chase old balances
- Quarterly/6 monthly debtors review
- Possible involvement in Shipping Line monthly returns
Requirements;
- 1-3 years credit control experience
- Excellent software skills, Sage & Excel
- Organised individual with excellent attention to detail
Terms:
Full time, permanent, office-based, standard office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs)
