As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert, you will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You will also be accountable for maintaining excellent service and provide front line support for our internal and external customers, to ensure satisfaction with products, services, and features
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Care and Satisfaction
- Shipment Management
- Complaint Management
- Quotation Management
- Customer On boarding
- Customer Data Management
- Operational Customer Relationship Management
- Reporting (creating, refining and reviewing reports).
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum two years Ocean Forwarding or Deep Sea Shipping Operations experience.
- Ability to work to the required operational quality standards both through own initiative as well as building strong relationships and collaborating with the team and stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, fulfil critical tasks on time, keep to deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
- Resilience to manage change, embrace new technologies and quickly understand and execute new processes
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues in the transportation process
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
Terms:
Full time, permanent, office based, Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30 Hrs
