Customer Retention & Development Manager, Shannon

This Fortune 500 global logistics company with 250+ locations worldwide is looking to hire a Customer Retention & Development Manager based in their Shannon office.

Role:

  • Build a District Retention Program in the Shannon and Cork branches that includes coverage for all existing customers
  • Assist product managers in developing product level retention programs
  • Facilitate monthly branch retention meetings
  • Build and protect consistency in the branch and service offerings
  • Measure and analyze customer revenue trends and proactively communicate these
  • Ensure incremental improvements are made on building stronger customer relationships
  • Grow revenue across multiple products and geographies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent business qualifications
  • Minimum four years industry experience
  • Ability to create/write and articulate client business plans
  • Management skills to organize and coach a team
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding operating systems as well as MS Excel, Visio, Blueprint
  • Inquisitive and exploratory mind-set
