Position: Logistics Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Dublin North
The position
Your role is to deliver consistency, high quality and professional services to customers booking cargo on our vessel shipping service from Ireland to other parts of Europe.
Among other tasks:
- You will take bookings from our customers and process these bookings in our operational system;
- Your responsibilities will involve shipping, documentation and liaising with the Continental office for deliveries.
- You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
- You will also handle any administration involved with the job and may be expected to work from other locations from time to time.
- Where we do encounter service failures you will be expected to proactively find the root cause of these service failures and take corrective action.
Requirements:
- The role requires fluency in English verbally and in writing, a can-do and professional attitude.
- Relevant experience in logistics and in similar roles is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- We expect potential applicants to be computer literate.
Package:
- Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (DOE)
- 23 days holidays
