Our client, a well known logistics company based in Rathcoole, is now seeking to recruit a Customs Clearance Administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Run all activities associated with processing customs documentation to include reviewing documentation received for accuracy and completeness

Work closely with colleagues throughout the business and externally to advise and support them in custom related matters

Prepare necessary import documentation such as certificates of origin and cargo control document
-
Processing import/export consignments as required
-
Assist with monthly reports and retrieval of information

General customs administration
Minimum Requirements
-
1-2 years Administrator experience within the logistics industry
-
General understanding of a customs department
-
Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
-
Excellent organisation skills
-
Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language, both written and verbal
-
Ability to work under pressure and to the highest of standards
