District Sales Executive


A global 3PL now requires an experienced  District Sales Executive.


  • Strengthen relationships to ensure retention of existing accounts. Identify opportunities to grow the existing business
  • Identify opportunities for new business ensuring consistent monthly growth
  • Retain & develop all current customers
  • Implement & manage a branch account management & retention program
  • Develop an in-dept product knowledge of the services offered by the company
  • Manage the Customer Retention System
  • Take ownership of all in-house accounts.
  • Manage CRM for all Sales Meetings
  • Manage the Quality Management Review of all customers
  • Schedule & conduct regular sales & retention meetings
  • Implement & develop reports to meet all customer’s requirements. Measure monthly performance through metrics and goals.
  • Manage the solving of customer issues.
  • Coordinate the SOP’s for all customers
  • Liaise with internal management and staff on customer issues and feedback


  • 5 years of experience within similar sales and account management position
  • Knowledge of the Freight Industry
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
