We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Freight Sales Administrator that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about product/service pricing and provide support to the wider Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop new sales opportunities through inbound quotation request follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirement
- Work with existing customers to identify new opportunities, close sales and achieve targets
- Liaise with the Logistics department to facilitate customer needs/enquiries/issues.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Calculate and provide quotations (good mathematical ability required) via email or phone.
- Experience in Transport, Logistics is preferable
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
