Leading Clare distributor of specialised construction-related products is now seeking an experienced Internal Sales Assistant who speaks Spanish or Portuguese. The successful candidate will be a member of the internal sales team and will carry out the following duties:
- Be responsible for providing first-class sales support to the sales team, ensuring all customer quotes, orders and issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Order input - ensure that customer orders are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Communicate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Deal with queries from both the field sales team and customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop clear communication with customers to ensure their needs are satisfied.
- Develop a knowledge of the company’s products, facilities, website, policies & procedures.
- Maintain & update the customer database.
- A minimum of 1-year similar sales experience.
- A third level qualification in Business Studies, Marketing or Logistics and Supply Chain is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and excellent numerical ability.
- Organized, energetic and self-motivated.
- Fluency in the Spanish or Portuguese language is also Essential..
€28,000 -30,000 depending on experience.
