The Position
Our Logistics team pride themselves on providing our clients with high levels of quality control, order accuracy, perfectly delivered items all combined with shipping expertise. Customer satisfaction is number one and our logistics team deliver this through our supply chain.

With this new position, Warehouse Assistant, we are looking to help develop our existing Dublin setup. The day-to-day purpose of this role is to carry out the quality control of incoming goods, repack them for export and arrange the safe shipping of the goods along with efficient communication with all people involved in our supply chain. You will be communicating daily, with both our project and logistic teams in Manchester.

We are looking for a person with experience of working in a warehouse or logistics facility, someone comfortable working autonomously and motivated to help develop our Dublin function.

The new position will work very closely with our Manchester based logistics team and it is envisaged some of your training will be carried out in Manchester, especially at the beginning, with all associated expenses covered by the Company.

Duties include:

  • The signing for inward and outward goods
  • Careful unpacking and repacking of the goods for export
  • Inspection and quality control of goods ensuring all are produced according to the well-defined criteria and are within the manufacturer’s tolerance
  • The accurate filling in of shipping and customs paperwork
  • Ensure that all working files and records are accurate and up to date
  • To follow warehouse process and procedures at all times demonstrating good working practises and standard
  • Dispatch of goods; this will involve arranging transportation to ensure delivery as per schedule, liaising and communicating with the Manchester based Project team

Requirements

  • Must have previous Warehouse experience in Ireland
  • Must be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved (Up to 25KG)
  • Valid Driving licence category (B)
  • Valid Forklift Licences 
     

Type:
Full-time, Permanent, Site-based

Package:
€25,000 - €28,000 (DOE) Plus a €1000 increase after 6 months

Days and hours of work:
Monday-Thursday 0900-1730, Friday 0900-1630.
