Position: Logistics Customer Services Coordinator
A Leading Shipping Company based in Dublin City Center now seek an experienced Logistics Customer Services Coordinator
The position
- Your role is to deliver consistent, high quality and professional services to customers booking cargo on our vessel shipping service from Ireland to other parts of Europe.
- Among other tasks, you will take bookings from our customers and process these bookings in our operational system;
- Your responsibilities will involve shipping, documentation and liaising with Continental office for deliveries.
- You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
- You will also handle any administration involved with the job and may be expected to work from other locations from time to time.
- Where we do encounter service failures you will be expected to proactively find the root cause of these service failures and take corrective action.
We ask:
- The role requires fluency in English verbally and in writing, a can-do and professional attitude.
- Relevant experience in logistics and in similar roles is essential.
- We expect potential applicants to be computer literate.
Type:
Full-Time, Permanent, Site-Based, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexibility is required)
Package:
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (DOE), 23 days holidays,
