Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations for inbound and outbound deliveries in a safe and efficient way.
- Schedule the daily & weekly workplan for Warehouse FLT operators in line with the agreed plan.
- Ensure Stock control procedures and processes are adhered to always maintain inventory accuracy.
- Manage delivery of raw materials and stock replenishment to meet production needs.
- Daily Gemba tours through the warehouse and to provide a visible presence in the area.
- Participates and support to site audits and compliance assessments.
- Overall responsibility for Warehouse performance and KPI management.
- Management of the weighbridge operation for inbound liquid and bulk material deliveries
- Reception point for site contractors signing in and out.
- Supervise the weighbridge operators and related staffing schedule.
- Responsible for ensuring no access to site for unauthorised personnel.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years+ experience in Logistics, Transport or Warehouse Management.
- Highly developed managerial skills with strong problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in managing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Food industry experience an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control policies and procedures.
- Experience in dealing with transport, carriers, and shipping documentation.
- Process orientated individual with an ability to work as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain ERP Systems, SAP knowledge an advantage.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

Permanent, Full time, Site-based, Monday-Friday, normalised office hours
