West Dublin based specialist engineering company servicing the high-tech sector, now seek an experienced Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance of machinery and equipment. In addition, you will ensure spare parts for maintenance are available, record downtime, manage the building along with its accessories and the necessary support to achieve the EHS & ISO goals of the company.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide TPM training to employees. Maintains safety standards in water treatment unit
- Support the system of ISO standards and certification.
- Provides regular audits to check the TPM usage.
- Processes machine downtime; identifies abnormalities and creates corrective action plans. Provides spare parts ordering.
- Performs and coordinates the maintenance and repair of machinery to minimize downtime. Prepares maintenance plan.
- Ensures the operation of the wastewater treatment unit with the aim of maximizing usage of water recycling and optimum consumption of energy and chemicals
- Respects confidentiality of company documents and information.
- Follows instructions given by superior.
- During all work activities observes policies, regulations and directives for assuring safety and protection of health during work

- Keeps the working place and equipment in order and in the line with the 6S system principles
- Shows active approach towards broadening knowledge and qualification
- Active approach to BPI and partnership building
- Follows internal guidelines of the employer and generally applicable regulations
Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 years experience in maintenance & facility
- Orientation in technique requirements for maintenance
- Good computer literacy for MS suite
- Advanced English communication level
