A well established Ocean Freight Forwarding company in North Dublin, now seek to hire an experienced Ocean Freight Forwarder. Applicants should have recent Ocean Freight Forwarding operations experience and be willing to be trained on any areas they are lacking (Import, Export, Customs Clearance etc.).
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating global transport operations
- LCL/FCL shipments Imports and exports
- Agreeing rates with customers and agents
- Customs clearance
- Generating customer invoicing and accruing supplier invoices
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years tenure within a busy Irish based forwarding house.
- Ocean Freight Forwarding operations and customs experience.
- High level of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communication skills with proven work performance results.
- Fluent English.
