Operations Administrator - Dublin North

Dublin (North County)

North Dublin-based distribution company now seek an experienced Operations Administrator to assist the Depot Manager with administration duties as follows;

  • Answering phone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondences.
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Previous admin experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Manual Handling
  • Knowledge of local areas 

Permanent, Full-time, site-based working Monday – Friday, 7am - 4pm
