North Dublin-based distribution company now seek an experienced Operations Administrator to assist the Depot Manager with administration duties as follows;
- Answering phone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondences.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Previous admin experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Manual Handling
- Knowledge of local areas
Terms:
Permanent, Full-time, site-based working Monday – Friday, 7am - 4pm
