
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about product/service pricing and provide support to the wider sales team. (Cork or Limerick)
Responsibilities
- Work with existing customers to identify new opportunities, close sales and achieve targets.
- Develop new and existing business opportunities.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Develop new sales opportunities through inbound quotation request follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
- Check data accuracy in quotations/orders.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Identifying new opportunities with existing customers
- Liaise with the Logistics department to facilitate customer needs/enquiries/issues.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Proven inside sales experience.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven commercial experience in supplier/customer management and development.
