
Role: Senior Key Account Warehouse Manager
Location: Limerick

The Senior Key Account Manager will oversee site operations, driving productivity, efficiency, and compliance while fostering team motivation. This hands-on role requires a continuous improvement mindset to enhance supply chain processes. Managing a key client in Ireland is a crucial aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the logistics and warehousing team, ensuring efficient and compliant haulage operations.
- Coordinate outgoing deliveries to customer sites and distribution centres, meeting deadlines.
- Act as the escalation point for haulage issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement continuous development initiatives.
- Collaborate with supply chain and customer service teams to meet customer needs.
- Supervise carriers and freight operators, improving performance and building strong relationships.
- Coach and develop the logistics team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure training records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proficient in Excel with 3+ years in haulage operations.
- A relevant qualification in Supervision/Management or 5 years in logistics leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong systems aptitude and computer literacy.
- Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to a safe work environment.
