Our client is one of the most innovative and progressive wholesale companies in the world, is now looking for a Shipping Administrator to join their team. The role will include Order Dispatch, Invoicing, customer service and ad hoc administration duties, training will be provided.
Primary Duties:
- Order Dispatch Worldwide, Ireland, EU, US & Canada
- Invoicing
- Customer Service
- Managing Customer Information
- Manage the orders from customers (entering into the system, checking pricing etc.)
- Data Entry
- To provide administration support
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs requirements is desirable.
- Good administration skills are essential
- Training will be provided to the successful person
- Process orientated.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A confident communicator.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality as needed
- Excellent Computer skills Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Openness to learn new processes and skills
