We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our client's Dublin office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in general administration, along with experience supporting accounts processes using Sage and Sage Payroll. This role offers flexibility within standard business hours and the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and growing organisation. Please note that, at this time, our client is unable to consider applications from candidates requiring time-limited visas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:
    • Manage reception duties, incoming calls, and general office correspondence
    • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
    • Organise office supplies, equipment, and facilities coordination
    • Support internal scheduling, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements
    • Assist with the onboarding of new staff and general HR administration
  • Accounts & Payroll Support:
    • Assist in data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage
    • Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding items
    • Support payroll processing through Sage Payroll (monthly cycles)
    • Liaise with accountants, external payroll services, and vendors as needed
  • Other Duties:
    • Assist other departments with ad hoc admin projects and tasks
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll within a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks independently.
