A busy logistics company is seeking an experienced Air & Sea Freight Executive to join a fast-paced operations team. This role suits someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing shipments end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import and export shipments (air & sea)
- Manage bookings, rates, and transport arrangements
- Prepare shipping documentation and customs entries
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and agents
- Track shipments and handle queries
- Support invoicing and resolve account issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in air or sea freight operations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
