Air Export Freight Forwarder

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Export Freight Forwarder to join a growing logistics operation.
You will manage end-to-end air export shipments, liaise with airlines and overseas partners, and ensure smooth shipment coordination from booking through to delivery. Ideal for someone with strong freight forwarding experience who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end air freight export operations
• Prepare export documentation including AWBs, customs paperwork, and invoices
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas offices, customers, and suppliers
• Track shipments and resolve any operational discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with customs and industry regulations
• Review supplier invoices and assist with CASS-related queries
• Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the shipment process

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience within Air Export Freight Forwarding
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and export operations
• Experience working within the freight forwarding/logistics sector
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
