A well-established logistics provider is seeking an Air Export Operations Executive to join their expanding team. This position suits someone who is highly organised, service-driven, and confident working in a fast-moving freight environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage air export bookings from initial request through to final delivery
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment
- Deliver strong customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with airline partners to secure competitive rates and efficient routing
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams on collections, freight handling, and documentation requirements
- Prepare, label, and process goods for export
- Handle sales and purchase invoicing, resolving discrepancies as they arise
- Respond to rate enquiries and issue clear, accurate quotations
- Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the airfreight product
- Collaborate with international agents to ensure seamless end-to-end movement of cargo
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in air export operations or a similar freight-forwarding environment
- Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, customs procedures, and carrier requirements
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
