Branch Manager

Are you an experienced freight forwarding professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for leadership? We’re seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and grow a key location for a global logistics provider in North County Dublin. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of local operations—including P&L management, customer delivery, and team leadership—in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities;

• Full management of branch operations, performance, and compliance
• Oversight of staff planning, recruitment, onboarding, and development
• Ensure smooth and timely handling of all freight shipments
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer and agent queries
• Collaborate with Sales for new business acquisition and pricing strategy
• Maintain and report on financial KPIs, performance trends, and market insights
• Support safety and quality standards across all functions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Dangerous Goods regulations

Candidate Profile;

• Min. 5 years’ similar experience in a locally based freight forwarder, ideally in a P&L-accountable role
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage customer relationships
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English 
• Proactive and resilient, with strong decision-making abilities and a customer-first mindset
