Leading North Dublin freight forwarder now seeks a Branch Manager to take overall responsibility for the daily operations and financial performance of the branch. This includes overseeing all aspects of Air & Ocean operations, customer service, procurement, carrier relationships, compliance, sales support, staff management (approx 40 staff), and ensuring the delivery of branch financial targets.
Core area’s of responsibility will include operational, branch P&L, administration, customer service, compliance and health & safety.
Qualifications & Experience;
- Significant management experience within Air and/or Ocean Freight operations.
- Strong understanding of international supply chain processes (from booking to final delivery).
- Knowledge of customs regulations, carrier procurement, freight rate structures, and global trade compliance.
- Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial KPIs.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
