This is an exciting full-time role focused on recruiting, retaining and developing new customers in Ireland, UK, Europe and Internationally. Customers are at the core of everything they do and with a customer base that incorporates a wide range of sectors and service channels, they pride themselves on adding significant value through supply chain expertise , leading edge and innovative customer solutions.

In your role, you will be concentrating on outbound lead generation and direct sales to increase our revenue across all service channels. You will proactively schedule weekly appointments with potential customers for our senior business development team through targeted telesales, email and social media prospecting activity. You will also qualify and convert inbound sales enquiries from marketing activities and existing customers, preparing highly professional proposals in a timely manner and negotiating with the potential customers to maximise closed sales.

What are we looking for?  

Do you have a natural sales persona? Do you have proven experience with overachieving on targets? If yes, then this could be the role for you!

  • You will be a candidate who is confident with identifying and converting leads into appointments for the sales team
  • You will be highly meticulous with data entry to CRM systems and confident with IT systems overall
  • You will be highly motivated with a drive to exceed targets set out before you
  • You will be somebody who can build effective working relationships, as well as being able to identify leads and generate curiosity and intrigue in potential new clients
  • We are looking for our next sales superstar who will possess strong self-belief, able to self-manage and constantly push for self-progression

What you look like

  • Capable of delivering results based on KPI and an OTE model
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment, hunger and determination to significantly grow the business
  • Confidence and ability when dealing with a wide variety of people
  • Dynamic & dedicated with proven levels of high performance
  • Commercial awareness for work with corporate clients – an understanding of questioning techniques and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently while also working as part of a team
  • Computer literate including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full comprehension of the English language (both written & spoken)

Ideally we want

  • Demonstrated relevant industry knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a demanding & challenging sales environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a corporate culture
