Business Development
- Develop and nurture new and existing business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of target customers and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Internal Sales Team to generate quotations as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities using CRM Tool
- Identify and assess prospects to secure new business, with a primary focus on Air/Ocean shipments
- Discover new avenues for growth within our existing customer base
- Uphold exemplary standards of customer service aligned with company values
- Conduct thorough market research on product offerings, pricing, and market dynamics
- Utilize sales metrics analysis to assess the effectiveness of current strategies
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ freight forwarding experience (Multi Modal preferred)
- Proven commercial experience in supplier/customer management and development
- Proven & successful business development experience in the freight marketplace
- Customer focus with a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Terms:
Full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package included
