Package:  €30,000 - €32,500        
Ideal Candidate:  1+ years of experience in a call centre or office-based customer service position

A leading international organisation providing specialist services to a wide range of clients. The company is recognised for delivering professional, tailored solutions in logistics and related operations across multiple regions. We are seeking a Call Centre Executive to join our EMEA-focused team. This position involves direct customer interaction, shipment tracking, and operational support across both domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and web-based queries from clients and partners in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track shipments from collection through to delivery, providing regular updates and proactively resolving issues.
  • Record and maintain accurate data, ensuring internal systems are kept up to date.
  • Support clients with queries on documentation, customs, and compliance requirements (training will be provided).
  • Escalate complex cases to the Call Centre Manager or relevant team when required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide multilingual support where possible to enhance customer experience across EMEA.
  • Contribute to team performance targets by consistently meeting service standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting solutions to recurring issues.

General Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service, call centre, or logistics support role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written fluency) with a professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable with internal systems/CRMs.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage due to the regional scope of the role.
  • Flexibility to work occasional hours outside of standard shifts, depending on business needs.
  • Right to work unrestricted by time-based work permits (Stamp 1G graduates will not be considered)
