We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join the team in Galway. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and review credit limits based on company policies.
- Monitor customer accounts and manage overdue balances.
- Proactively contact clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities.
- Prepare regular reports on credit status and collections progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Experience in the transport or logistics industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
