As a member of the Client Support team, you will support the day-to-day operations of leasing clients nationwide. This role involves coordinating with external service providers and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to all stakeholders
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day enquiries from clients and service providers, including service appointments, incident management, inspections, and short-term vehicle arrangements.
- Deliver high-quality service through regular communication with clients and service partners.
- Respond to and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimise client downtime by providing efficient solutions and coordinating with key service providers.
- Handle administrative tasks, including invoice processing, reporting, and workflow management.
- Participate in performance evaluations and training initiatives.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in the leasing or automotive services sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
