As a member of the Client Support team, you will support the day-to-day operations of leasing clients nationwide. This role involves coordinating with external service providers and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to all stakeholders
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day enquiries from clients and service providers, including service appointments, incident management, inspections, and short-term vehicle arrangements.

Deliver high-quality service through regular communication with clients and service partners.

Respond to and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.

Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Minimise client downtime by providing efficient solutions and coordinating with key service providers.

Handle administrative tasks, including invoice processing, reporting, and workflow management.

Participate in performance evaluations and training initiatives.

Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:

Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.

Experience in the leasing or automotive services sector is preferred.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.
-
Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
