A Customer Success & Sales Specialist is now required by a Dublin City Centre-based technology start-up with live clients and an exciting expansion plan into the US market. The product replaces marketing agencies for aesthetic clinics and appointment-based businesses with a subscription-based platform that handles ads, AI-driven lead responses, and automated appointment bookings.
What You’d Actually Do;
- You’d run weekly check-ins with every client, guide new ones through onboarding, spot problems before they become cancellations (70% customer success), and close deals when the CEO’s busy (30% sales).
- You’re the person our clients trust and the reason they stay. When a warm lead comes in, and nobody’s free, you take the call, run the demo, and close the deal.
Who This Is For;
- 1–3 years in account management, recruitment, advertising agency work, or client-facing sales, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare.
- Strong, confident communicator with an ability to build relationships, influence outcomes and close deals. Fluent English is a prerequisite.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and manage a pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious self-starter who will cherish the opportunity to join an exciting startup
- Commutable to Dublin City Centre.
