We are excited to announce that our client, a leading logistics software development company in South Dublin, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent for their Customs Clearance product.
The successful candidate will join a small team of experts providing technical support to clients using web-based tools. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of four years' experience in European customs clearance as you'll be supporting clients with your entry knowledge. Please note you need to have experience using or supporting a Customs Clearance Software application to be suitable for consideration.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will become a product expert, providing assistance to new customers, responding to customer queries, troubleshooting and closing out issues promptly and effectively. The position is initially office-based but will move to hybrid working after full in-house training and education.
The client offers a competitive salary range of €40-50k depending on experience, bonus, healthcare and mobile phone benefits. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days working from home available to the successful applicants once training has been completed.
