Responsibilities:
- The Demand & Capacity Planner is responsible for the preparation of the production plan in the mid to long-term horizon up to 18 months out, balancing factory capacity with customer demand.
- Managing the demand and capacity balancing for the factory
- A key contact for the central S&OP team, the Demand & Capacity Planner manages communication between stakeholders, contributing to mid / long-term decisions in the planning and S&OP process.
- The Demand & Capacity Planner will maintain Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators and management of KPI dashboard.
- To be the point of contact with Project teams to ensure that Supply Chain can implement innovation or renovation projects on time, and in line with capacity plans and planning parameters.
- Define and manage the Supply Chain improvement plans, for example, agreed stock methodology.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum 3+ years’ experience in supply chain/logistics/planning within a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, strategic vendor, or business relationships.
- 3rd level qualification in Business or related discipline, emphasis on SC/Logistics/Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and inventory control policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with very strong business acumen.
- Strong problem-solving and decisive, analytical aptitude
- Supply Chain Systems & SAP knowledge
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient numerical ability to record interpret and analyse key process data

Package:
€55,000 - €60,000 + Bonus, Healthcare and Pension
