Distribution Clerk


The Distribution Clerk serves as a cornerstone in facilitating the seamless operations of the distribution department within the branch and the broader market. This position entails precise administrative duties and collaboration across departments to guarantee effective freight management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paperwork for incoming and outgoing freight accurately.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure proper freight management.
  • Process customer orders and distribution accounts daily.
  • Provide accurate operational reports and verify stock availability.
  • Handle data entry for receiving, order allocation, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate shipping requests and trace orders as needed.
  • Maintain records, handle returns, and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and promote compliance.
  • Nurture strong rapport with customers by promptly and courteously addressing inquiries and grievances related to work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, and more, ensuring satisfaction and efficient resolution..


  • Completed GDPR Training
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including active listening, comprehension, and clear, concise communication to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Proactive with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in operational English, both verbally and in writing.

Permanent, Full-time, Mon – Friday 09:00am -5:30pm 

€30,000 -€32,000 (DOE) Healthcare, Pension etc.
