This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the centre of day-to-day operations.

- Parts allocation: Issue parts to the correct engineer, vehicle, job or project, with every movement recorded against a work order.
- Engineer van stock: Manage van stock records, carry out scheduled checks, and handle replenishments, transfers and returns.
- Return-visit parts: Identify, label and securely hold parts for outstanding jobs, and notify planning and operations managers as soon as they arrive.
- Dispatch and couriers: Prepare, package and label outgoing goods, arrange couriers and maintain tracking and proof-of-dispatch records.
- Warranty returns: Segregate, record and return warranty parts within supplier deadlines, keeping a clear audit trail.
- Systems and documentation: Maintain accurate records in company systems, and support stock reporting and audit requirements.
- Health and safety: Keep stores and access routes safe and clear, use manual-handling equipment correctly and report hazards promptly.
Essential Requirements;
