The Role:
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates within our client organizations. This position requires not only a high level of expertise in talent acquisition and relationship building but also a strong focus on new business development to expand our client base.

Confidence and a charismatic personality are key, as you will engage with candidates and clients on a daily basis, building trust and fostering meaningful connections. Previous recruitment experience within the Irish market is essential, along with your unwavering ambition and determination to succeed within the recruitment field.
Key Requirements:
- Proven successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant on a busy supply chain, logistics or industrial desk.
- Strong understanding of the Irish supply chain or logistics job market and talent landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite as is the ability to work unrestricted by time limitations so unfortunately we cannot consider Stamp 2 or Stamp 1G Graduate visa holders.
