Key Duties & Responsibilities;
- Assist with monthly customer billing, checking for errors and then processing invoices into the Xero accounts package
- Reconciling supplier statements and matching payments on the accounts system
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ensuring that purchase invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Liaising with suppliers and the wider team to resolve any queries and ensuring good relationships are maintained
- Assisting with weekly payroll
- Posting expenses into Xero accounts package
- Liaising with client's and the wider team to resolve any queries
- Collation of data for customer forecasting and month-end reporting
- Analysing data sets to ensure we are capturing all revenue
- Assisting with Weekly Forecasting
- Creating weekly KPI’s for operational use
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years in a similar industry-based role, ideally within the logistics or fulfilment industry
- Part-qualified accountant or Accounting Technician certified
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ambitious individual looking for advancement
- Strong Excel skills, which can be demonstrated
- Strong written and oral communication is essential
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer focus
