Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate the transportation logistics of fine art pieces, ensuring secure and timely delivery.
- Manage import/export customs clearance procedures for national and international shipments.
- Conduct assessments of project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Oversee the execution of fine art transportation projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Organize suppliers, technicians, and drivers to facilitate seamless operations.
- Collaborate with import and export teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics coordination and transportation management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Commercial awareness and cost-consciousness.
- Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Deadline-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.

- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures (preferred).
