Freight & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a versatile individual who is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities, from coordinating shipments to supporting customs processes, driving, and working in the warehouse.

This role requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments across air, sea, and road freight.
• Support basic customs documentation and compliance processes.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (if certified/experienced).
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and potentially take on more senior responsibilities over time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of air, sea, and road freight operations is a plus.
• Forklift experience and valid driving license preferred.
• Basic understanding of customs processes is advantageous.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
