We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join a busy freight forwarding team. You will coordinate international shipments across air, sea and road freight, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end international shipments
- Prepare customs and freight documentation
- Arrange collections and liaise with carriers
- Track shipments and manage pre-alerts
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and overseas teams
- Manage invoicing, job costing and shipment records
- Ensure compliance and timely delivery
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Good knowledge of customs procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
