A growing logistics company is looking for a Freight Forwarder to support import/export operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Coordinate import/export shipments and monitor bookings.
- Communicate shipment updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and process shipment documentation and billing.
- Assist with administrative duties and support the wider Operations team as needed
- Maintain high standards of service and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and methodical approach.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and tracking tools.
- Good knowledge of European geography advantageous.
- Analytical, reliable, and hardworking.
- Full clean driving license required.
