As Freight Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial and operational activity across European freight movements. Working closely with sales, operations and customers, you’ll assist with pricing, customer communication and shipment coordination in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare freight quotes and support rate requests
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipments and services
- Coordinate with operations to provide accurate updates
- Process bookings and maintain pricing and customer records
- Support day-to-day sales and freight administration
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy logistics environment
- Previous experience in freight, logistics or transport
- Exposure to quoting, rates or customer accounts
- European language skills (Italian, Spanish or French)
