A fast-growing eCommerce Order Fulfillment provider, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale its multi-site logistics operations across Dublin and the UK. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role offers the opportunity to shape the operations function during a high-growth phase, with the company on track to double its revenue in two years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across two fulfilment centres (50,000 sq ft).
- Develop and execute strategies for growth, expansion, and process improvement.
- Manage budgets, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure operational KPIs are met.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in operations management, with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record in scaling operations in high-growth environments, ideally in 3PL or eCommerce fulfilment.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Willingness to travel regularly between Dublin and the UK.
