Leading North Dublin motor group now seeks an experienced Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Operations Director/Managing Director, this role focuses on the development, execution and measurement of the group marketing strategy promoting the products and services across the businesses, in an integrated and consistent approach across multiple channels to attract customers and increase brand awareness.

Key Roles and Responsibilities;

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all group marketing-related activities.
  • Developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy to deliver a return on investment.
  • Development and management of all group digital channels and activities including company websites, search engine optimisation, CRM system, email campaigns and social platforms.
  • Developing and overseeing content creation for all online channels, such as websites and social platforms, highlighting the company’s unique selling points and delivering consistent brand message.
  • Responsible for the management of all online vehicle content across the retail business to ensure they are to a professional and consistent standard.
  • Briefing design agencies to produce impactful materials and assets within brand guidelines.
  • Identify, implement, and manage innovative marketing methods to effectively reach our target customers.
  • Monitor and manage the annual marketing budget for all business units on a weekly basis.
  • Compiling detailed monthly reports on marketing performance vs targets across all marketing activities including competitor activity and areas for improvement.
  • Taking overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer/corporate markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Responsible for managing and developing the marketing team including recruitment, performance reviews and leave management via Sage HR
  • Engage in continuous performance evaluation and training projects.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years in digital communications and marketing expected along with a minimum 1 year of management experience. 
  • Confident, capable communicator with experience dealing with a senior management team.
  • Ability to generate and present reports on Return on Investment to track marketing spend as well as extrapolating KPI's segmented for various channels
  • Experience or a qualification in graphic design would be helpful.
  • High-level creative thinking and design capabilities - while keeping an eye on budgets and business guidelines/policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with a range of levels and teams.
  • Proficiency in turning projects around with tight timeframes and deadlines.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills and be confident with budgeting and project management.
