Inside Sales Coordinator

A long-established Dublin-based freight forwarder now requires an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating customer RFQs, pricing and tender submissions, working closely with airfreight, ocean freight and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer RFQs, quotations and tender submissions.

• Liaise with air and ocean freight teams to obtain competitive pricing and service information.

• Prepare accurate and timely tender responses.

• Maintain RFQ records, pricing information and documentation.

• Support sales and operational teams to meet customer requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve tender success rates and sales processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.

• Exposure to RFQs, tender administration or freight pricing.

• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
