Inside Sales Exec

Are you a driven Inside Sales professional with a background in freight forwarding or logistics? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Irish-owned freight company based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team in a hands-on sales support role.

The Role:

• Working closely with the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client engagement, preparing freight quotations, and supporting new business development. This is an office-based position offering variety, responsibility, and clear visibility across the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate freight quotations for clients across multimodal services
• Maintain internal sales records and CRM system (Azyra)
• Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Engage directly with existing and prospective customers in Ireland and internationally
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure quotation feasibility and customer satisfaction

About You:

• 3–4 years’ experience in an Inside or Field Sales role within a local market freight forwarding or logistics company
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
• Ability to work proactively, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Based within commutable distance of Coolock, Dublin 17 – office-based role only (no hybrid option)
