A well-established, busy Sea Freight Forwarder company is currently seeking a Junior Customs Clearance broker based in North Dublin. You will be working within an established brokerage team and reporting to the Operations Manager. Your principal responsibilities will include:
Role & responsibilities:
- Processing Import Customs Clearances daily
- Managing Import customs related transactions as required
- Prepare and review import and export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Ensure accurate data entry and classification of goods in compliance with customs regulations.
Minimum requirements:
- Able to follow procedures & instructions
- Attention to details
- Able to take on projects at the request of management
- Able to provide relevant information on request
- Good communication skills – verbally & written
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Graduates in Logistics and Supply Chain are welcome to apply.
Terms:
Full-time, permanent, hybrid, 2 days WFH.
